Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Anything opened or used

 

Returns and exchange details

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible. We ask that you kindly contact us before leaving negative feed back/comments. We will always due our best to remedy any situation.

Once you receive your package we ask that you inspect all items to be sure there is no damage. Please note that items left sitting in the sun, outside or any inclement weather will affect the products. We can not be held responsible for items that where left sitting outside. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will be more then happy to work with you to correct any issues.

If you need to return an unused Item, the buyer is responsible for all shipping cost to mail the unwanted/unused item back to Wood Box Soap in its original packaging, once we received the item a refund will be issued. Wood Box Soap will not accept returns for used items.

Wood Box Soap reserves the right to request shipping costs in the event that we are replacing a lost or damaged item. If the error is on our part we will glady pay the shipping of the new item.

If you would like to cancel your order we ask that you do so with in 24/48 hours as our processing time is 5-7 business days. Custom orders must be cancelled within 48 hours, no exceptions.

Custom Orders are “Final Sale”

All items in our shop are handcrafted and made by the shop owners. It takes 5-7 business days for processing. If you need faster processing, we ask that you contact our shop directly, we will do our best to honor your request.

 

***Cancellation***

We ask that you contact us with in 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. All custom orders must be cancelled with in 48 hours of purchase, no exception.

All Whole Sale and Bulk Orders need to be discussed through our shop directly.

 

Shipping

All items ship from Hazlet, NJ via USPS or UPS. Items will come wrapped securely. Please inspect all items upon arrival!

Due to the nature of our products, items should not be left outside. Exposure to direct sun light and inclement weather will alter the products. Wood Box Soap will not be held responsible for items left outside.

Please make sure that the mailing address is correct. Wood Box Soap is not responsible for incorrect mailing information.

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. We ask that you allow that time to pass before considering your package Missing or Lost. If you are concerned that your package is missing or lost, contact the USPS or UPS directly.

Once an item/order is marked “shipped” and has been dropped off at the post office, Wood Box Soap is no longer responsible for that package. Purchases can not be refunded if USPS loses the package.

All items in our shop are handmade and created by us color, scent and over all appearance will vary from batch to batch.

Our soap is made through the cold processed soap method, custom order will take at least 8-9 weeks from start to finish.

Storage:

We Highly recommend storing your soap on a soap dish in between uses. this will help eliminate excess water from affecting the bar. All products should be stored in a cool dry place, exposure to heat, moisture, sun light and inclement weather will alter the products.
